How does BMVwarehouse work?
It’s really very simple; We broadcast property deals to our registered members by email, if you see a property that interests you then you let us know by return email or call us. We then answer any questions you may have and if you are seriously interested, and provided you are able to prove your ability to finance the transaction, we organise for you to view the property. If you then offer on the property and the vendor accepts, we will manage the whole conveyancing process for you making the buying process as simple and efficient as possible. Each sale is managed by one of our experienced sales completions coordinators to ensure that the transaction is completed in the agreed time-scales to the full satisfaction of both the vendor and the buyer.
Please note that In order to act upon the deals we broadcast you will need to have the knowledge and experience to make quick decisions and in most cases be able to exchange and complete within 28 days or less. You will therefore need to have funding in place for deposits and access to mortgage brokers and or lenders that are specialists in buy-to-let and or commercial lending.
