The property deals we source for our members are heavily discounted due to the vendors being highly motivated to sell quickly. For these vendors, certainty and speed of deal completion is more important than the sale price. We offer these vendors an extremely quick solution by giving them direct access to a nationwide database of buy-to-let investor buyers that are willing and able to complete the transaction in time scales that would be very difficult to match through a traditional open market estate agency sale. We also offer vendors alternative solutions such as selling via lease purchase options and delayed completion contracts which again are not typically available via traditional estate agencies.

How does BMVwarehouse work?
It’s really very simple; We broadcast deals to our registered members by email, if you see a deal you want to take you let us know quickly by return email. Provided you are first to reply and are able to prove your ability to finance the transaction, we will manage the whole conveyancing process for you and enable you to buy the property. Each transaction is managed by one of our highly experienced case managers to ensure that the transaction is completed to the full satisfaction of both the vendor and the buyer.  To receive our broadcasts all you need to do is register your details. You will notice that we do not have a property listing or search facility on this web site. This is because the deals that we broker are time critical. Instead, we broadcast the property deals to our members via email, typically the day we are instructed to find a buyer. Because of the nature of the deals we broadcast and the attractive discount on offer, the deals we broadcast are typically taken by one of our members within a couple of hours of broadcast. The deals simply don’t sit around long enough to warrant having a listing or search facility.

Please note that In order to act upon the deals we broadcast you will need to have the knowledge and experience to make quick decisions and in most cases be able to exchange and complete within 28 days or less. You will therefore need to have funding in place for deposits and access to mortgage brokers and or lenders that are specialists in buy-to-let and or commercial lending. What’s the story behind BMVwarehouse?
As active buy-to-let property investors, on a daily basis we are offered BMV property deals via our own advertising or through our network of contacts across the country .
