Please note that In order to act upon the deals we distribute you will need to be able to make quick decisions and in most cases be able to exchange and complete in 28 days or less. You will therefore need to have funding in place for deposits and access to mortgage brokers and or lenders that are specialists in buy to let and commercial lending. What’s the story behind BMVwarehouse?
As experienced full time property investors, on a daily basis we are offered distressed sales and BMV property deals via our own advertising or through our network of contacts. Often these deals don’t fit our buying criteria for one reason or another, but many of them are genuine BMV property deals and genuine investment opportunities. We created BMVwarehouse as an efficient way of making sure that these property deals go to a good home.

We have built a network of Associates spread across the whole of the UK who are experts at finding motivated vendors and negotiating great BMV investment property deals on behalf of BMVwarehouse. We also have a team of Associates based in southern Spain who specialise in finding the best BMV property opportunities on the Costa del Sol, see the Resources page for more details.
