As a Landlord you will know the importance of keeping a tight control on the cost of voids, repairs and rent arrears. If you don’t then costs can very quickly spiral out of control wiping out any profit or worse leaving you with a loss.
A great solution you may want to consider is leasing your property to an organisation that provides specialist care in the community housing solutions where they will lease your property for 5 or 10 years on a full repairing and insuring basis.
The lease would typically pay you pretty much the same as what you would have received by renting the property normally, but without you having the overhead of day to day management of the property and the tenants or having to worry about voids, repairs, or rent arrears.
We have been tasked with helping one such established housing provider to find suitable property for their current needs, so if the above sounds of interest to you and you have property that fits the following criteria please get in touch ;
1) Erdington, Birmingham: A block of around 8 to 14 flats, ideally 1 bed but a mix of 1 or 2 bed could also work. It needs to be the whole block, but it can be taken over piece meal as existing tenants vacate. It needs to be in or within a couple of miles radius of the Erdington area of Birmingham.
2) Southampton: A block of around 6 to 14 flats, ideally 1 bed but a mix of 1 or 2 bed could also work. It needs to be the whole block, but it can be taken over piece meal as existing tenants vacate.
3) Southampton: Bungalows.
4) Fareham: Bungalow.
