How would you like to work within a dynamic and energetic property business that’s helping property buyers and sellers to achieve the results they desire more quickly than via traditional estate agents?
We’re looking for a person with great communication skills, who is Organised and enjoys working to tight deadlines and who really cares about customer satisfaction. You’ll need to be comfortable using Word, Excel and the Internet, and ideally have some experience of the property sales process (For example from Estate Agency, conveyancing or Financial Services).
You’ll enjoy solving problems and have the tenacity to keep on top of your tasks so that sales complete on time.
This is a full time position working within BMVwarehouse from our office in Solihull. Your primary role as Sales Completions Coordinator will be to take over from the sales negotiator once a sale has been agreed and liaise with buyers, sellers, their solicitors and mortgage brokers to ensure that the sale of the property completes in the timescales agreed. You will also be responsible for ensuring TPO/AML compliance for each case.
